Here at Brawn & Brains Coffee, we are not just a coffee roaster or a cafe. We celebrate individual creativity, craftsmanship & compassion towards coffee and the community.  Being one of the first local coffee roasters to set up in Singapore, we want to be the brawn to hone your craftsmanship & the brain the expand your creativity for coffee and hospitality. 

We are not simply seeking to hire a barista, service crew, or kitchen crew for our team.
